TAKE YOURSELF OUT ONE YEAR FROM TODAY….
What would it look like if you were able to drive real change in your organization and create a positive impact ON your well-being and on the well-being of others?
Your success isn’t solely defined by professional accomplishments but also by your ability to navigate challenges, adapt to change, and foster a culture of inclusivity and resilience.
True growth occurs when we look inward and examine issues of identity and power. When we foster an environment that embraces diversity, we unlock the full potential of individuals and teams, driving innovation and healthy collaboration.
This is the heart of the Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program and we invite you take part.
Transformation starts with an inner shift
Creating workplaces or communities that are inclusive of the wide diversity of its members is complicated work, but at InnerShift we are committed to making it easier. The Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program will help your transform not just as a leader but as a person.

When you join Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program
YOU will be able to finally map a clear vision of success for your organization and get the tools necessary to carry change forward
The Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program moves beyond the traditional leadership development model to help organizations define a clear vision for success around workplace culture and provide the tools necessary to carry change forward for lasting results professionally, personally, and on the bottom line. You will learn:
How to hone your organizational vision for equity and inclusion
How to cultivate buy-in for diversity and inclusion work
How to facilitate conversations that can feel fraught
How to take care of oneself and be well while doing hard work
I developed skills that have helped me better support a diverse and dynamic team, and I have gained a network of leaders to collaborate with who have deeply enriched the work I am doing.
Chris Stewart, Director of Upward Bound Programs, University of Wisconsin - Green Bay
YOU CAN TRANSFORM THE WAY YOU WORK AND LIVE.
We all have different lived experiences that shape our perspective leaders and as people in the world. And when we slow down to recognize how our experiences shape our roles and embrace others’ backgrounds and experiences, we can begin to foster a sense of belonging and inclusion. This does not only impact how people show up personally, but professionally as well.
When we can be heard, feel seen, and trust that we show up as our whole selves, we can transform the way we work. It’s why we believe that the healthiest workplaces and communities are grounded in a deep pursuit of diversity and inclusion.
But don’t just take our word for it….

Cohort participants will learn…
• How to hone your organizational vision for equity and inclusion
• How to cultivate buy-in for diversity and inclusion work
• How to facilitate conversations that can feel fraught
• How to take care of oneself and be well while doing hard work -
Prior to the opening session in January/August, we will reach out to you to complete a comprehensive intake assessment.
This assessment will help you identify strengths and opportunities for growth for both you and your organization.
Upon completion of this assessment, we will schedule a virtual call with you in January/August to go through the assessment and discuss any additional hopes you may have for the program and any ways that we can help you have an excellent experience during the program.
-
While it is our hope that every member of the cohort can make it to every session, we want to share with you that the full-day kickoff session in January/August is mandatory for all participants.
We want to ensure that the cohort group forms a strong bond, and we believe that if a participant can’t make this very first session, it hurts their experience as well as the cohesiveness of the group.

In order to create an intimate setting where powerful relationships can be formed, we cap every cohort program at 12 participants.
We believe that this is a magic number that allows for a wide diversity of perspectives to be present in a room where everyone can engage and be heard.
Organizations may send multiple representatives to a single cohort or elect to send participants through the program in consecutive sessions. -
Building community is one of the principal goals of the Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program, and we want to provide resources for participants to sustain the connections that they have formed.
We hope that all participants continue to connect with one another after the conclusion of the program, and to help facilitate that we will provide monthly virtual office hours for you and members of your cohort to reconnect and chat with our team about any issues or topics that you might need support.
Think of these as casual opportunities to reconnect with InnerShift staff and members of your cohort group throughout the remainder of the year.
